First: Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange with Full Compensation
We take full responsibility and will refund your payment or ship a replacement product free of charge, with no additional cost to you, in the following cases:
Receiving a damaged, broken, or defective product.
Receiving the wrong product or a product that does not match the specifications ordered, such as a significant difference in color or size.
Conditions for accepting requests in these cases:
The issue must be reported by contacting customer service within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receiving the shipment from the shipping company.
Clear photos or a video showing the damage or error in the product must be provided, along with a photo of the shipping label attached to the outer package.
Second: Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Available
Due to the nature of our store’s business and its reliance on direct international shipping from suppliers, we apologize that order cancellation, exchange, or return is not available in the following cases:
After the product has been shipped and the tracking number has been generated, as the international shipment cannot be stopped.
If the customer changes their mind after receiving the product or no longer wants it without any manufacturing defect or damage.
If the size or color is not suitable, provided that it matches the details stated in the product description at the time of purchase.
Third: Order Processing and Refund Mechanism
Once the return request is approved in cases of damage or incorrect product, you will be notified immediately through our approved communication channels.
The amount will be refunded to the same card or bank account used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the applicable banking policy.
Fourth: Failure to Receive the Shipment
If the customer refuses to receive the shipment from the shipping company or does not respond to the delivery representative after repeated attempts, the store will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment, and the customer will not be entitled to request a refund of the order value.
